We are looking for a result-oriented Product Test Engineer to join our Product team.


Test Engineer Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop test programs and write test plans to validate product performance
  • Perform product testing and log test results
  • Analyse and track defects identified in testing
  • Work with product teams to develop test plans for new products
  • Assist in developing test protocols to anticipate product performance
  • Monitor and track the status of test defects until closed
  • Prepare failure analysis report and provide corrective actions
  • Recommend product design revisions based on test data to meet expected performance
  • Determine resource and equipment needs to conduct testing
  • Develop manual and automated tools to increase test effectiveness
  • Develop best practices to improve testing quality
  • Review technical architecture documents, design documents, and functional requirements to identify any potential defects
  • Maintain accurate documentations for executed test programs
  • Investigate test problems and implement solutions
  • Reviewing SOP and giving corrective actions to avoid possible defects
  • Plan for rework of the defective products
  • Implement diagnosis SOP
  • Rework the defective products at possible extend
  • Work with Customer Care team to close issues at customer end

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or computer engineering/Diploma
  • 1-3 years of work experience as a product test engineer
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to project manage
  • Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box
  • High-level technical writing skills

The Copywriting Team at Crossbeats creates concept/copy solutions for eCommerce assets, packaging, digital and marketing communications. As part of the bigger Brand Content Team, the copywriters are gatekeepers of the Crossbeats brand voice for all consumer touchpoints.


We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join the Crossbeats team. This individual will focus on writing effective and response driving short form and long form copy that connects with the brands customer base. The ideal candidate will be able to generate highly imaginative and inspiring concepts as well as headlines, taglines and content. They are fluent in the consumer lifestyle culture and understand social, cultural, industry and pop-culture trends to write content that is current and connects with the target audience. They are a master of writing in multiple styles for various channels leveraging unique tones, all while remaining true to the brands voice and values. They manage the quality of all their deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards, are completed efficiently and accurately on time.


Essential Job Functions

  • Write compelling, witty, on brand and creative copy for digital channels including email marketing, landing pages, ecommerce store, product pages, digital ads and social media.
  • Write high quality short form copy to serve as headlines, taglines and calls to action that deliver results and resonates with consumers while representing the brands core values
  • Write compelling and grammatically clean long form copy for use on product pages, product descriptions, press releases, and other forms of content
  • Write accurate and brand appropriate copy for use in print, advertising, packaging and sales materials
  • Take requests and marketing briefs to generate on-brand copy that will resonate with the target customers
  • Edit, review and proofread copy that is written by other teams and self-edit your own work for accuracy and consistency in brand voice and tone
  • Write copy for each channel based on strategy, objective, concept and target audience
  • Stay aware and in front of social, cultural and pop-culture conversations, vocabulary, slang, issues, and memes. Maintain an understanding of past, present and future trends in culture and relevant industries (preferably a focus in fashion, consumer tech, urban brands, sports, gaming and music)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience writing marketing copy for an ecommerce store, social media, email marketing, advertisements, direct mail and other marketing and channels
  • Experience writing press releases, packaging copy, blog content, product descriptions and sales copy
  • Must stay ahead of culture and have a deep understanding of the current events, vocabulary and conversations in relevant industries (fashion, streetwear, urban brands, sports, gaming and music)
  • Must be able to write in multiple styles, formats and tones
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and deliver high quality work in an efficient and quick manner
  • Must have a foundational understanding of the ecommerce landscape, and the nuances of copywriting in different digital channels
  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong initiative, organizational, communication skills, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work both as a part of a team as well as independently with little supervision
  • An understanding of and/or a passion for the lifestyle brands and consumer technology

Required Education and Experience

  • BA/BS required or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of marketing, direct response or brand copywriting experience with a fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brand
