Unless the product received is damaged or wrong product received, there are no refund on smartwatches. For damaged or manufacturing defect products, only replacements are applicable. The customer has to notify of any damage or manufacturing defect within 24hrs of receiving the product.
Sound is a subjective matter and there are chances that one may not like the sound of even the highest rated and reviewed products. In the unlikely scenario where the product you ordered does not meet your expectations and requirements, you may request a return of the item within 24 HOURS after you receive it. Any return request after 24 hrs of receiving the product will not be honored.
Please note that a 25% RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted as part of the return and refund. Expedited Shipping fees are also not refundable.
