The following terms govern returns, replacements, and refunds.
Do you offer returns?

Crossbeats does not offer returns once a product has been delivered. We only provide replacements in cases of manufacturing defects, technical issues, or if the wrong product was delivered.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or tampered package?

If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the order.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product (missing accessories), you must raise a complaint within 24 business hours of delivery.

What qualifies as a “wrong product”?

A product will be considered wrong only if it is completely different from what was ordered.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Look & feel concerns
  • Minor shade or color differences
  • Sound preference differences
  • Defect-free products
What if my product has a technical issue?

If your product has a technical issue, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

After inspection:

  • If a defect is confirmed, a fresh replacement will be dispatched.
  • If no issue is found, the same unit will be returned to you.
What happens after 3 days of delivery?

If a request is raised after 3 days but within the warranty period:

  • The product will be tested.
  • A replacement in equivalent condition will be provided if required.
What if my product variant is out of stock?

If your product (specific color/variant) is unavailable during warranty replacement:

  • An alternate product of equivalent value will be offered.
  • Warranty will continue from the original purchase date.
Who handles reverse pickup?

Within 7 days of delivery: Crossbeats will arrange reverse pickup.

After 7 days: Customers must self-ship the product, or Crossbeats can arrange pickup for a fee of ₹99.

How do I request a replacement?

Email support@crossbeats.com within the eligible replacement window.

Our support team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

What are the shipping timelines?
  • Ship the product within 48 hours after approval.
  • The product must reach our warehouse within 72 hours of approval.
  • Ensure all accessories and original packaging are included.
What if the product is damaged during return shipping?

Please pack the product securely.

Crossbeats will not be responsible for damage caused during transit.

When will I receive my replacement?

Once received, the warehouse team will inspect the product.

If approved, replacement will be processed.

Most replacements are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.

Refund Policy

  • Cancelled orders before shipping
  • Undelivered orders

Refunds are issued as:

  • Store Credit or
  • Crossbeats Gift Card

The credit must be used within 12 months of issuance.

Are COD orders refundable?

Partial COD orders are non-refundable.
