Return Policy

Crossbeats does not offer a return policy once a product is delivered.

For damaged or manufacturing defect products, only replacements are applicable. If your order is damaged/wrong/ has accessories missing on delivery, please raise a complaint within 24 business hours from the time of delivery.

Attention: If the packaging of your order seems to have been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the order.

Attention regarding wrong product received: If the product is completely different, it will be considered as the wrong product. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, color or sound quality.

In case a product reflects a technical issue, one can raise a replacement request within 3 days of the order delivery. A fresh replacement will be dispatched to the customer. This will be provided post physical examination of the product and if there is no issue found, the same unit will be dispatched.

If a ticket is raised post 3 days of delivery and within the warranty period, the product is replaced with an equivalent condition product, post testing.

In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock (color/variant), an alternate product with equivalent price will be offered and warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date

Note: Within 7 days of delivery, if there are any issues with the product, Crossbeats will take care of reverse pick up. Beyond 7 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping or Crossbeats can arrange for the same against a fee of Rs.99

Process for Replacement

If your product is within the replacement window, please send us an email to support@crossbeats.com requesting approval. The support team will respond to the request within 48 hrs with details of where to ship the return.

Please self-ship the product within 48hrs after the replacement request is approved.

Please ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse within 72 HRS post-approval with all the accessories and original packaging.

Please make sure when you are returning the product, you pack it properly. Crossbeats will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.

Once the product is returned and received by the warehouse, the warehouse team will check and ensure everything is correct.

Once everything is verified, your replacement will be processed.

We usually process all replacements within 48hrs of the warehouse receiving your product return.

Refund Policy

01

Refunds on undelivered orders/cancelled orders before shipping are only issued as store credit or Crossbeats gift card that can be utilised by the customer for future purchase of any crossbeats product on the website. The credit has to be used within 12 months of issuance. Pls note that Partial COD Orders are NON_REFUNDABLE
