A Road Eye Dash Cam is a video camera that is mounted on the dashboard or windscreen of a vehicle. It is used to continuously record the view of the road and traffic through the windscreen.
Dashcam DC02 is useful as it provides video evidence in the below mentioned scenarios-
It is normal for your camera to run slightly hot. Because it is
recording video at high speed, the dash cam may be hot during
using. (no more than 158°F/70ºC).
Front Camera

2. For detailed instructions of rear cam refer to the User manual
RoadEye needs a Micro SD Card to record videos. It automatically records continuously when it is connected with the Source and the same recorded videos can be accessed via the App. Additionally, it also generates certain events based on activity and that can also be accessed via the App.
The Device works on the functionality called FIFO which is First in First Out, Thus the recordings which were saved first will get auto deleted and new recording will take its place.
Yes, Dashcam has a Built-in battery of 200mAh and this battery backup is provided for the purpose of emergency, If the ignition is turned off due to some issues, the dash cam will record for a few seconds.
In dashcam, there’s a feature called loop recording. This feature records videos in segments of 1, 2, or 3 minutes, depending on settings. While the recording is continuous, the storage is done in these separate ‘loops’ or segments means dashcam is always recording, but the footage is stored in these small chunks for easier management.
