The following terms govern returns, replacements, and refunds.
What is the warranty period?

Every brand-new Crossbeats product purchased through our official sales channels is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

To activate warranty coverage:

  • Products purchased from third-party websites or retailers must be registered on www.crossbeats.com within 10 days of receipt.

The warranty period begins from the original purchase date.

How many times can a product be replaced under warranty?

A product can be replaced only once during the warranty period.

Who is eligible for warranty coverage?
  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory.
What does the warranty cover?

Crossbeats will repair or replace a product if:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing defects.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product arrived with missing parts or accessories.
  • The product fails due to improper materials or workmanship.

If the original model is unavailable:

  • A product of equivalent value or upgraded category may be offered.
  • Refunds or gift cards will not be issued in place of replacement.
  • Warranty continues from the original purchase date.
What is required to claim warranty?

To raise a warranty claim:

  • Submit photo or video proof of the issue.
  • Contact customer support for initial troubleshooting.
  • If unresolved, self-ship the product to our warehouse and share tracking details.

Please note:

  • Crossbeats is not responsible for damage or loss during self-shipping.
  • Replacement devices may be in equivalent condition (appearance & durability).
  • Replacement may be provided with or without original packaging/accessories.
What is the Unboxing Video Policy for wrong/damaged/missing items?

To ensure fair and transparent claim resolution:

Customers must record a continuous, unedited video showing:

  • The sealed outer package with shipping label
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The product and all accessories received

⏱ Claim Timeline

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Video proof must be submitted along with the complaint

Claims without valid unboxing proof or reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage, cracks, dents
  • Cosmetic wear & tear (scratches, fading, peeling, abrasions)
  • Sound preferences (sound quality is subjective)
  • Minor faults not affecting performance
  • Damage due to improper usage
  • Voltage fluctuations
  • Liquid or moisture damage
  • Extreme temperature exposure
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Use of non-approved accessories
  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Commercial usage
  • Acts of nature (e.g., lightning strikes)
  • Skin allergies or rashes
  • Loss of personal data
  • In-built batteries & microphones (where applicable)
  • Accessories & consumables (chargers, straps, batteries, etc.)
What happens if the product is out of stock?

If the same variant is unavailable:

  • An equivalent or upgraded product in the same price range will be offered.
  • No refund or gift card will be issued.
  • Original warranty timeline remains unchanged.
What if I don’t collect my replacement?

If a replacement product is not collected from our warehouse within 30 days, it may be disposed of without prior notice.

When does the warranty end?

Warranty automatically expires after 6 months from the purchase date, even if the product was not used during that period.

Important Notes

Repairs are processed as early as possible, but Crossbeats is not obligated to complete service within a fixed timeframe. Color or shade differences may occur in replaced components due to normal wear. Customer-requested aesthetic matching (not covered under warranty) may incur additional charges.
