How to reset my Hertz  earbuds? 
a. Go to your phone’s BT list and delete/ Unpair the ‘CB-Hertz’ profile.
b. Bluetooth profile will be deleted and will enter into pairing mode

Factory Reset:
Unpair the Hertz TWS profile form the phone’s Bluetooth list.

• Take out both earbuds from the charging case
• Tap on the right earbud for 5 times and you will hear the prompt factory reset successful.
