My buds are not turning ON?
Remove the peel-off stickers placed near the pin area of the buds and charge the buds for 1 hour before first time use.
How to reset my Hertz earbuds?
a. Go to your phone’s BT list and delete/ Unpair the ‘CB-Hertz’ profile.
b. Bluetooth profile will be deleted and will enter into pairing mode
Factory Reset:
Unpair the Hertz TWS profile form the phone’s Bluetooth list.
- Take out both earbuds from the charging case
- Tap on the right earbud for 5 times and you will hear the prompt factory reset successful.

I recently bought this product. The design is elegant, it's lightweight, and the sound quality is really good. It fits comfortably without any ear pressure. Noise cancellation could be better though.

I sleep like a brick when I use it.. Feeling refreshed.. it stays in my ear well ( nothing that doesnt have the over ear hook stays in my ear .. so that was a surprise).. Audio quality is immersive and clear .. but not hars on the sharp bits.. The only thing is.. its ergonomically a nightmare to use.. hard to hold without triggering the tap sensors and the box slides off like soap when you try to open it.. but..hey!! You passed the durability test with flying colours!!
