Iska auto-focus aur keystone adjustment setup ko super easy bana deta hai, chahe screen ho ya seedhi deewar. Dim room me colours ekdum vibrant aate hain aur sound bhi onboard speaker ke hisab se kaafi decent hai. Budget me proper home-theatre experience chahiye toh yeh best value-for-money choice hai.

Power chord comes off as its socket is on stand please change its placement 3. Your whatsapp support BOT doesn't work, have some good after sales support to enhance confidence in product.

I got the Crossbeats LumeX Vista after doing a lot of research, searching, and comparing it with several other projectors. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase so far. The picture quality is good, and the auto adjustment, autofocus, and keystone correction work really well, especially when using it for ceiling projection. The setup is quite convenient and the projector adjusts itself nicely. One area I’m still trying to figure out is the sound. The music and background effects come out very well, but the dialogue/voice volume feels comparatively low, so I’m not sure if there is a sound setting that needs to be adjusted. Overall, a good projector for the price, especially if you’re looking for an easy-to-use projector with good automatic adjustment. I’ll update my review once I figure out the best audio settings.
I strongly recommend DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM CROSSBEATS based on my experience with their customer support. I purchased a Crossbeats projector that has a serious focus/calibration issue. Instead of properly inspecting the defective product and providing a solution, their support system has been extremely frustrating. The biggest problem is their customer support itself. There is no proper customer care number, no direct way to speak to a support representative, and communication is limited to email/ticket-based support. Even after repeatedly raising the same complaint, their response is basically: “Your issue has been resolved” — and they close the ticket. But the issue has NOT been resolved. This is not customer service. Closing a complaint does not mean resolving a complaint. If a customer is repeatedly telling you that the problem still exists, you cannot simply close the ticket and declare the issue solved. I have been following up repeatedly, yet there is still no proper technical assistance, no meaningful communication, and no satisfactory resolution. This is completely unacceptable for a brand selling electronic products. My honest advice to anyone considering buying Crossbeats: PLEASE THINK TWICE AND AVOID THIS BRAND. A product can have a defect, but what matters is how a company handles that defect. In my experience, Crossbeats has failed badly on customer support and after-sales service. Do not buy and then regret it when you need customer support.

I was so confused to buy the projector, anyways I bought it. Picture quality is better than I expected. High quality in close up and medium range shots and low quality on wide angle shots. Thats the only con i found. Built in dolby Speakers are good. But for extra bass i use home theatre which i connected through aux. and also i can connect my ear buds via Bluetooth to see movies at night so everyone could sleep. I hope crossbeats fixes the wide angle quality drop issue in the next model and give me an offer to buy the new projector with a buy back😊. And thank you crossbeats team for the support (pallavi)

What I liked: * Excellent Video Quality: The picture quality is remarkably clear, bright, and crisp, making movies and shows a treat to watch. * Surprising Audio Performance: The built-in speakers are surprisingly amazing and deliver rich, room-filling sound. **Where it could improve:** *Audio Equalizer Settings: It lacks dedicated equalizer settings to customize vocals, treble, or bass levels. *Fan Noise in Speaker Mode: The cooling fan continues running even when using the device purely as a Bluetooth speaker, which is a bit disappointing during quiet music playback. *Remote Features: The remote control lacks dedicated OTT hotkeys for quick app switching and missing a built-in microphone for convenient voice navigation.
