My buds are not turning ON?
Remove the peel-off stickers placed near the pin area of the buds and charge the buds for 1 hour before first time use.
How to reset my Hertz earbuds?
a. Go to your phone’s BT list and delete/ Unpair the ‘CB-Hertz’ profile.
b. Bluetooth profile will be deleted and will enter into pairing mode
Factory Reset:
Unpair the Hertz TWS profile form the phone’s Bluetooth list.
