Request for order changing/cancellation can only be submitted on the same day the order was placed. Under this policy, cancellation requests may not be approved if the orders have been communicated to our fulfillment partners and they have initiated the process of shipping them. Customers can login to their backend and check the delivery status of the product. If the status is still processing, they can cancel the order on their order history page.
For guest checkout customers, if your order is under processing, please contact customer support to have them cancel the order.
