The arc buds are better than common ear buds. One because these remain stuck to ear and don't fall off. Second the sound doesn't impact the air drum directly thereby preventing any damage to ear drums. This product on use worked well and gives high quality of sound. Glad that I purchased it.
These earphones are so cool and made in India .... love that it comes in a case and colour is very poppy and trendy. It doesn't need to go inside the earlobe and that fixed all my ex-problems with ear phones. Although, it starts to pain a bit after an hpur or 2 of wear so I take it off. That could be because of the shape or it is tight. It fits well and doesn't come off as I expected. And the sound quality is really good!
I’ve been using the CrossBeats OWS for a little while now, and it’s been a solid performer. If you’re willing to spend just a little extra, these are totally worth it for the performance and features you get.

I received ARC Buds today via Amazon. It looks like a used product they have shipped me. For the following reasons. 1. No tape on charging points. Not a new product 2. Letters on the casing look worn out. Used product 3. The charging light O has one part missing. Used and defective 4. I tried it. And it got disconnected twice in a span of 10 minutes. I had to reconnect. Defective. I tried to raise the issue with Amazon but their portal doesn't accept uploading of pictures easily. Took me more than an hour and multiple attempts to upload two pics. But then keeps taking me to a page where it prompts me to talk to an AI chat agent which doesn't support anything. I am stuck in a loop. I have no clue if Amazon will get back to me fir replacement.

I am really impressed with the Crossbeats Arc Buds. One of the best things is that they don’t go inside the ears, so there’s no irritation or discomfort even after long usage. My Mom liked them very much. They don't hurt the hear & she is always aware what is happening around while enjoying to reels on her phone. I also use them during runnings and they are perfect for workouts and sweatproof. Using them for almost an year for now and totally loved it.
The cross beats buds are really good the sound quality and the bass is amazing the on ear connectivity gives me good and immersive experience but one small problem is that the sound comes out of the pods when we keep it in high volume other than that the product is amazing

Recently purchased this. Perfect fit on ears.feels weightless. Faced some connectivity issues during the calls for mic.will see if it lasts. Other than that overall best buy.Audio is crisp for open-ear. less on the bass side.
The range is slightly lesser than I'd like but everything else is great. Latency is unnoticeable, fit is comforting and audio is rich. Great product for such a tiny price point.
