How can I extend my device's battery life? You can extend the battery life in your device by turning down the brightness, screen-on time and turning off the AOD feature on your watch.

Why I'm getting any readings on my watch during measurement? Make Sure the watch is firmly worn and during the measurement check on the back side of the watch if the sensors are blinking, if not we suggest to reset the watch to the factory settings and try again

Care, Cleaning and Maintenance
Can I press the buttons while swimming or underwater? No. We do not recommend pressing any buttons while the watch is fully submerged in water. Once the activity is completed and the watch is out of the water, press the power button to end the activity.
How should I clean the watch after swimming or water activities? After swimming or other water activities, gently shake the watch to remove residual water from the case openings. Wipe the watch body and strap with a soft cloth dampened with clean water, followed by a dry cloth. Allow the watch to dry completely before wearing it again. Why is it important to dry the watch completely after water use? Drying the watch completely helps prevent salt or mineral deposits, which may affect the normal operation of the watch over time.
How do I clean the watch after workouts or heavy sweating? After intense workouts such as running, hiking, or cycling, rinse the watch with clean water to remove sweat and acidic residues. Dry it promptly to reduce the risk of long-term corrosion.

Here is my feedback after using the Armour Pro smart watch for 7days;
Hardware: Excellent Amoled display, clear and bright even under sunlight and responsive with very good user interface. Straps are comfortable and secured. Overall solid buid quality.
Battery is massive, received with 95% charge and after 7days, using avg 20hr daily with hourly health monitoring and daily 1~2 workout session, it becomes 28%.
Health Sensors: compared the HR, SPO2, BP sensor data against pulse oximeter and BP instrument and found reasonably good accuracy. HR(+/- 3BPM) SPO2 (+/-2%) BP (+/- 4mm Hg)
Compared the Sleep and stress evaluation data with my Garmin Vivoactive 3 watch and found very good match.
ABC sensors: Compass and Barometric sensor measurements accurate with other instrument data. Altimeter yet to be tested.
Workout: tested for Outdoor walk, outdoor running, outdoor cycling , stair climbing with nice Data recording and presentation. In open ground or tracks GPS performance is satisfactory while in urban areas it is sluggish and catches many spurious location. Auto recognition of sports/work out happens in outdoor walk, outdoor run and outdoor cycling but after enough distance is covered which is not recorded.
Few rcommendation for improvement;
1) Option should be given to user to select Threshold parameter i.e. distance or time for auto sports recognition.
2) GPS signal lock time and data accuracy on streets of urban area need to be improved.
3) A custom stride length input from user may be incorporated for Pedometer based data.
4) For stair climbing, number of stairs climbed/descended may be included.
5) HR chart in CB smartFit pro app shows continuos line even when the watch is not worn which should be modified.

Overall a nice watch. I swim everyday for about 1 to 1.25 km and it has lived up so far underwater. There are some improvements required,
1. Though it detects the stroke most of the time, it should provide breakup of different strokes (not just the main stroke)
2. It hangs almost everytime I increase speed to the extremes. This happened 2 times in 2 weeks so far. Once it hangs, the record for that date is gone.
Maybe needs some firmware adjustments. But a good watch at this price.
I bought Crossbeat purely to serve the fitband purpose. The accuracy is good. I checked many brands before purchasing this brand. My key buying point was the accuracy level, durability, and the price range it offers. I love the heavy and sturdy feel of the watch that may not be the case for people who prefer sleek and light weight design. Overall a realible watch.
People looking for a proper smartwatch it works fine but is not a LTE connectivity watch. The bluetooth connectivity is good no complaints there.
That's the only request to crossbeats, just make a LTE watch and it is going to be a bang in the market. Also please comeup with other strap options for the watch.

Actually the watch build quality and everything is good but two drawback is like there is no too many watch faces available please try to upload more in future and another is like the step calculation is showing wrong if I move my hand it is taking as 1 step+ don't know what's the issue but received the watch today only.

Product is good but the I have faced issue with delivery. The product supposed to reach at the destination by next day but there was delay and not delivered in next day and I had to collect from Bluedart hub.
