Should I sync the data manually from the watch to the smartphone?
A – No, if the smartwatch and the smartphone are connected via the FitCloud Pro app, then it will automatically collect data.

The health monitoring features, including Heart Rate (HR), Blood Pressure (BP), SpO₂, Sleep Tracking, and Stress Monitoring, are designed to provide approximate wellness insights and trends. These features are not intended to replace professional medical equipment or healthcare advice. The smartwatch should be used as a fitness and wellness companion only, and all readings should be considered reference values rather than medical measurements.
Why does the Heart Rate (HR), BP readings differ from other devices?
Please note that the health monitoring features, including Heart Rate (HR), Blood Pressure (BP), SpO₂, and other wellness measurements, are intended for general fitness and wellness reference only. These readings are generated using optical sensors and algorithms and are not medical-grade or intended for clinical diagnosis, treatment, or monitoring of medical conditions.
Reading accuracy may vary depending on factors such as how the watch is worn, wrist movement, skin characteristics, and environmental conditions. For medical decisions or accurate health assessments, we recommend using certified medical devices and consulting a healthcare professional.
Why I'm getting any readings on my watch during measurement?
Make Sure the watch is firmly worn and during the measurement check on the back side of the watch if the sensors are blinking, if not we suggest to reset the watch to the factory settings and try again

A – Yes you can, using the FitCloud Pro app, you can easily connect the Diva smartwatch with your iPhone.

Do I get extra straps with the smartwatch?
A – No, you will not get an additional metal strap with the Diva.
Can I swap the straps?
A – Yes, you can change/customize the straps of the Diva accordingly.
Does Crossbeats have new straps for Diva that can be purchased?
A – No, currently new strap options are not available. We will be upgrading in the future.
