It is normal for the camera to become slightly hot during operation due to high-quality video recording and GPS usage. This warmth is typical.
Setup & Installation
How to set up the RoadEye Dashcam DC04?
Front Camera:
Slide the mount into the mount installation slot.
Turn off the car engine.
Stick the camera with the mount onto your windshield.
Connect the USB charging cable to the Type C port of the dashcam and run the cable along the edge of the windshield.
Keep it away from the = airbag area and plug it into the car charger.
Adjust the dash cam so that the lens is level with the ground.
Start the engine to ensure the dash cam is working properly.
Rear Camera: Connect the DC jack to the AV IN port of the front dashcam. The rear camera video will appear PiP (Picture-in-Picture) on the front camera’s LCD screen. Refer to the User Manual for detailed instructions.

The device uses FIFO (First In, First Out), deleting the oldest recordings to make room for new footage.

Auto wi fi connectivity is cons of this product.other then it is good product.
A great option at this price point; extremely clear videos; very happy with the overall performance. Cons: - The internal camera does not capture colors in low light. - The footage transfer from the unit to the phone on wifi is really slow. The memory card needs to be pulled out if you need to transfer more than one file efficiently. Note: memory card prices have increased quite a lot since last year. Please factor the price of a memory card when you decide on your budget for the dashcam.

Good product and clear video quality. Works absolutely fine in terms of recording while driving. Only drawback is the wifi connectivity. We have to switch off the car android and only then I am able to connect to the cam wifi for going through the recordings.during this process the camera has to be connected to a powerbank.

Value for money. Front and back camera at this price is great to have. In addition they offer doorstep installation also. The camera quality is average, but at this price it's better than any other product. Video recording is smooth. Both camera connect pretty well and records video at the same time. One more good thing is battery backup, in case power connection fails or stopps.

The dash is very good and have a very good response from front view. For rear view installation must be done properly or rear wiper can possibly cover the camera angle. Otherwise absolutely superb car camera.
